Managed K8s cluster for growing number of elevait customers
The deployment and orchestration of the elevait suite is done via Kubernetes (K8s). Since the operation of multiple K8s clusters is not at the centre of our own value creation, we have found a solution for this together with Cloud&Heat as a partner. The elevait k8s cluster runs on dedicated hardware in a co-location space in Cloud&Heat's large data centre in Frankfurt am Main. After the initial release, the elevait suite has been running stably for more than two years with minimal downtime despite continuous release updates in the managed K8s cluster for a growing number of customers.

When looking for a suitable cloud provider, both for us and our customers, the following requirements were important to us:
- secure, EU-DSGVO-compliant data storage in Germany,
- close, local cooperation from consulting to technical support and
- an attractive price/performance ratio.
