Application data is only accessible to those persons who are involved with the application in the manner required.
pplications sent to us by e-mail are received by Cloud&Heat Technologies GmbH and are reviewed in the personnel department and stored electronically encrypted. You will receive a confirmation of receipt with the purpose and duration of storage. Applications are also forwarded electronically in encrypted form to the respective specialist departments for inspection. When you are invited to an interview, the application documents are printed out. In the event of recruitment, these documents shall be included in the personnel file. In the event of a rejection, the printouts will be destroyed in a professional manner and in accordance with data protection law.
Postal applications cannot be considered and will be destroyed immediately.
In the event of a rejection, your documents will be deleted after six months at the latest after the vacancy has been filled. A longer storage is possible with your confirmation in text form.

Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
