GDPR-compliant cloud environment for AI-based processing of sensitive data
alphaspeech uses Cloud&Heat to host its AI-supported transcription and documentation solution alphaspeech transcribe. The service is provided via Docker containers in Cloud&Heat's data center. alphaspeech transcribe is offered as a data protection-compliant cloud service for customers in administration, healthcare, and industry.
The aim was to provide a GDPR-compliant, highly available cloud infrastructure for processing sensitive voice input (e.g. meetings, interviews, meeting minutes). The aim was to offer a cloud alternative to the on-premises solution - with the same flexibility but without operating costs on the customer side.
Decision-making:
We became aware of Cloud&Heat through a combination of targeted research into GDPR-compliant infrastructure partners and recommendations from our network.
The decisive factors were data protection compliance, the option of complete data sovereignty, a GDPR-compliant location in Germany and personal, technical support.

A look into the future:
The provision of additional AI services, in particular our voicebot framework alphaspeech voicebot,is currently being prepared on the Cloud&Heat infrastructure. The aim is to implement a solution with maximum data sovereignty and adaptability.
