The initial certification audit of our quality management system (QMS) according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 took place at Cloud&Heat from 26 to 27 February 2025. We are pleased to announce that the audit was successful and we were officially awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. This means that our commitment to structured, transparent and continuously improved processes has now also been confirmed externally.

 

For our customers this means Our quality standards are not only anchored internally, but also fulfil objective, internationally recognised standards. Particularly with regard to our on-premises offerings and our public cloud services, certification strengthens confidence in our performance and emphasises our focus on sustainable quality improvement.

 

We are proud to have reached this important milestone - and that our processes and documentation now officially meet the highest standards.
