Eligible to participate are persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany. Employees of Cloud&Heat Technologies and their relatives are not authorised to participate. Participation via competition organisations or participation and entry services, automated entries, multiple entries (e.g. with different email addresses) and participation with falsified identities or with identities of third parties are not permitted. Participants may be required to prove their eligibility to participate in the competition. The following prizes will be raffled off among all participants:<\/p>

2\u00d7 one participation each in our two-day training course \"Energy-efficient data centres\"<\/em> on 9 and 10 September 2025 at our data centre in Frankfurt worth \u20ac1,620 per person - including a tour of the data centre, certificate of participation and lunch on both days. Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.<\/p>

The prize is only valid for the training course on 9 and 10 September 2025 and cannot be transferred to other dates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The competition runs from 11.08.2025 to 28.08.2025 on our LinkedIn channel. Entries received after 28 August 2025 at 11:59 pm can no longer be considered.

This is how it works:<\/p>

  1. Like the competition post during the campaign period.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Share the post with your own profile. Sharing must be public so that participation can be verified.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    If both steps fulfil the conditions, you will automatically end up in the lottery pot.
    Each person can only participate once.<\/p>

    A prerequisite for participation in the competition is that the conditions of participation are expressly recognised.     The winner will be notified via LinkedIn. The winner will be contacted by direct message for the purpose of transferring the prize. Personal data will be collected for the competition: Winners must provide their full and real name (first name and surname) as well as their own email address or telephone number in case of queries. The contact details cannot be changed after the initial notification. The data will be used exclusively for the realisation of the competition and will be deleted after the end of the competition. The conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

    If the winner does not respond within 3 working days of notification, the claim to the prize will lapse and a new winner will be chosen.<\/p>

    Cloud&Heat Technologies reserves the right to exclude participants who provide false or incomplete information, who use unauthorised aids, who are suspected of manipulation or who violate the conditions of participation in any other way, from participation without giving reasons. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be subsequently cancelled. Cloud&Heat Technologies reserves the right to request a statement from the participant if a reason for exclusion is suspected.     The winner will be informed by direct message. The following data will be collected to determine the winner: Name (first name and surname), e-mail. The data transmitted by the winner will only be stored by Cloud&Heat Technologies for the duration of the competition and will be used exclusively for the realisation of the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR) and deleted after the end of the competition.
